We contact organisations about concerts, magic shows and partnerships with Abemagic. This notice explains which business contact details we use, where they come from, and how you can stop us from contacting you. Reply "no thanks" to any email, or write to info@siidaa.com, and we will not contact you again.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Abdirahman Moalin, performing as Abemagic, Finland. Bookings and partnerships are handled by Abemagic Management.

Whose data this covers
People who work for or represent organisations we contact or who contact us: event organisers, festivals, venues, promoters, community associations, student societies, companies and grant bodies.
What data we use
- Name, role or job title and organisation
- Business email address and business phone number
- The messages we exchange and short notes about bookings, dates and agreements
We do not collect sensitive data, and we do not buy contact lists.
Where the data comes from
From you, or from public sources where your organisation itself publishes it: its website, official registers, event listings and press releases. Each first email says where we found your contact details.
Why we use it and on what basis
- To offer and arrange performances, collaborations and sponsorship that relate to your role. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in contacting organisations about professional opportunities (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
- To prepare and carry out an agreement once we work together. Legal basis: steps before and performance of a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- To keep the bookkeeping records the law requires. Legal basis: legal obligation (GDPR Article 6(1)(c)).
Who can see it
Only Abemagic and Abemagic Management. We use Gmail, a Google service, for email; Google processes data on our behalf. Google may process data outside the EU and EEA under the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We never sell or rent your data.
How long we keep it
While our conversation is active, and for up to 24 months after our last contact. Data linked to a signed agreement is kept as long as accounting law requires. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we keep only your email address on a do not contact list, so that we never write to you again.
Your rights
- Object at any time to being contacted. We stop immediately.
- See the data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted.
- Restrict how we use it, or receive it in a portable format.
- Complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman: tietosuoja.fi.
Write to info@siidaa.com. We answer within one month.

We update this notice when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
